For instance, competent leaders are needed to make critical decisions in criminal justice organizations, and such individuals could be developed by investing in leadership training strategies. Additionally, having the right leaders in place creates a functional work environment whereby employees are motivated to execute their duties effectively. As such, such strategies equip leaders with the requisite skills to attract and retain the best talent in the market.

Human resources play a central role in the growth and development of any organization.
